A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a Jehovah’s Witness’s Witness who was enlisted in active duty service. On April 22, 2016, the Defendant was not enlisted in his house located in Daegu Northern-gu B apartment on April 22, 2016, and his house located in 116 Dong 501, and “In the 35 Army Association of the Army located in the Gancheon-ro of the former North Korean Armed Forces on May 24, 2016,” without justifiable grounds, even though he was notified of enlistment in the name of the head of the Military Affairs Administration in Daegu-gu, the Defendant failed to enlist within three days from the date of enlistment without justifiable grounds.
