A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, shall provide information related to sports games, or publicize similar acts, or mediate or arrange the purchase of sports betting tickets or similar things, for the purpose of providing property or property benefits to persons who win at the betting results by issuing sports betting tickets or similar things (hereinafter referred to as "similar acts");

From November 2014 to March 15, 2015, the Defendant invited the visitors to a foreign sports competition forecast and betting tape, etc. to be opened by the Kakao Akao Kao Kao Kao site where the Defendant used, and notified the Defendant’s recommended code to access the site, thereby inducing its members to provide free traffic for free betting at the above illegal private sports soil site, thereby inducing its members to offer a maximum of one million won for free betting in the above illegal sports soil site, with the result of the games, such as foreign professional axis games, etc. at the above illegal sports soil site, and illegally display up about 210 million won for the members’ 2% of the betting amount, and receive about 210 million won of the members’ revenue from the sports betting amount, and provided information related to sports promotion or offer similar information, or arrange for the purchase or intermediary of sports promotion.

2. A person Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection Act shall not be knowingly provided with any disclosed personal information for profit or any unlawful purpose.

Nevertheless, from October 25, 2013 to November 25, 2013, the Defendant is an attached crime list, such as African TV ID, resident registration number, etc., divulged from a person who has been unaware of his/her name from a Chinese optical round publicity ground.
