Criminal facts

Anyone shall be prohibited from selling fake petroleum products or petrochemicals in the way of mixing petroleum products with other petroleum products or petrochemicals, or selling fake petroleum products manufactured in the way of mixing petrochemicals with other petrochemicals, or keeping them for the purpose of sales.

At around 18:00 on August 19, 2012, the Defendant: (a) kept 45,00 won in two copies of fake petroleum products, a petrochemicals, and 17-liter of fake petroleum products, a mixture of which is 17-liter in order to sell it as fuel for automobiles; (b) kept 42 copies of fake petroleum products, which is a petrochemicals, in order to sell it to customers without his/her name at the same place; (c) around 15:30 on October 24, 2012, the Defendant kept two copies of 17-liter of a petrochemicals, a petrochemicals, and a mixture of mers, in order to sell it for vehicle fuel at the same place; and (d) on June 14:45, 11 of the same year, a mixture of mix 17-liter of mix and mix 17-liter of mix in the same manner at the same place.
