Reasons
Punishment of the crime
No one shall manufacture, import, store, transport, keep, or sell fake petroleum products.
Nevertheless, the Defendants, along with A, intended to manufacture and sell fake petroleum products mixed with petrochemicals, Toluene, and Mean, and Defendant C conspiredd to make and sell fake petroleum products by investing funds to prepare facilities and equipment necessary for the manufacture of fake petroleum products and purchasing raw materials, and to manufacture and sell fake petroleum products; A has the role of transporting, manufacturing, and selling raw materials of fake petroleum products; Defendant D has the intention in manufacturing factories in order to avoid the crackdown of investigation agencies; and Defendant D has the role of delivering “endend” in the name including fake petroleum products to retail stores; and Defendant E has the role of partially receiving some of the above fake petroleum products and selling them to an unspecified number of drivers.
According to the aforementioned division of roles with A, the Defendants from January 2014 to the same year.
4.1.
