A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

However, after 2011, the defendant has no record of being specifically punished other than once a fine in 2015 and 2018, and the defendant's age, character and conduct, environment, motive, means and consequence of the crime, and the conditions of all the sentencing specified in the arguments of this case, such as the circumstances after the crime, shall be determined in the same manner as the order.
