If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

Around 20:35 on August 2016, the Defendant, along with C, committed a publicly obscenity act, including, but not limited to, obscenity with E’s body in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, a group of people passing through the E Park Ma, and C, a group of people having panty in a state where panty is laid off, and a sexual intercourse is performed.
