The defendant is a Chinese person who resides in the Republic of Korea since 2003.

On August 28, 2013, at around 04:15, the Defendant: (a) taken a knife a knife, a dangerous object (15 cm in length) that was a police officer belonging to the Seoul Songpa Police Station C District, who was dispatched after having received a report of domestic violence at the front of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan City B; (b) taken a knife D with a police officer belonging to the Seoul Songpa Police Station C District; or (c) threatened a police officer with a knife with a knife and a knife with a knife “di”, thereby hindering the police officer’
