A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 8, 2009, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act, and a summary order of KRW 5 million for the same crime at the Daejeon District Court on May 21, 2012.

On December 26, 2012, at around 23:50 on December 26, 2012, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.147% without a driver’s license, driven a vehicle by converting approximately 1.1km from the frequency of the same Gu’s gambomic natural acid in the Seo-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon to the front of the same Gu’s gambomic care hospital.
