A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 03:43 on June 18, 2015, the Defendant driven an E rocketing car under the influence of alcohol with a maximum of 800 meters alcohol concentration of 0.133% from the C D’s front roads located in Ansan-si, Ansan-si B to D’s front roads.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is a person engaging in driving motor vehicles E rocketing;

On June 18, 2015, around 03:43, the Defendant: (a) driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of 0.133%; (b) driven the said vehicle while walking is difficult to drive normally; and (c) driven the two-lane road in front of the F in Ansan-gu, Ansan-gu, Ansan-si, and driven the two-lane road at a speed of about 50km per hour from the border side to the agricultural and fishery product market.

A driver of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to prevent accidents by thoroughly operating the steering time and accurately operating steering steering devices and brakes.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and continued to proceed to the left-hand side of the G Poter Cargo which was parked on the front side of the G Poter in the front side of the Defendant’s vehicle due to the negligence of driving the vehicle under the influence of alcohol as above, and led to the shock of the front side of the H Poter Cargo, which was parked on the front side of the Defendant’s vehicle, and due to the shock of the H Poter Cargo, and shocked into the front side of the I Pox Poick, which was parked on the rear side, and then parked in the later side, and led to the shock of the part of the victim J (39 years old), which was parked in the next side.

As above, the Defendant driving a motor vehicle while it is difficult to drive the motor vehicle normally due to influence of drinking, resulting in the Defendant’s injury to the climatic salt which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment.
