A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a vehicle B high-speed (accident).

On February 17, 2019, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol 0.142% of blood alcohol level around 17:20, and led the D Middle School C to drive the said car, leading it to the F apartment side on the side of E elementary school.

There are many vehicles parked on the side of the road, so in such a case, there was a duty of care to see the front side as a person engaged in driving on the road, and to operate the steering system accurately and safely.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, neglected to do so, led to the failure of the Defendant to continue on the right side of the running direction of the vehicle by G-owned G, which was parked on the right side of the road, to the left-hand part of the vehicle by the Defendant’s vehicle.
