1. The Defendant’s KRW 87,800,000 as well as 5% per annum from January 29, 2013 to September 9, 2016 to the Plaintiff.

A. The plaintiff is a person who runs the wholesale and retail business of the panel under the trade name of "C", and the defendant ordered the plaintiff as the director of the construction site of the board bridge, the party branch, and the military branch of the construction site of the construction site and supplied the uniforms, etc. to the defendant.

B. Until January 28, 2013, the Plaintiff supplied uniforms, etc. to the Defendant on the construction site (on the board bridge KRW 70 million, KRW 14 million, KRW 14 million, KRW 23.8 million) and received KRW 20 million from the Defendant until August 21, 2012. As such, the price for goods to be paid by the Plaintiff is KRW 87.8 million.

Therefore, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 87,80,000 for the goods and the damages for delay at each rate of KRW 5% per annum as stipulated in the Civil Act from January 29, 2013 to September 9, 2016, which is the date of delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case, and KRW 15% per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, from the next day to the date of full payment.
