The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 42,735,00 won with 12% per annum from September 2, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

1. The ground for the plaintiff's claim: It shall be as specified in attached Form;

2. Comprehensively taking account of the respective descriptions and arguments of Gap 1-1-4, Gap 2-2, and the overall purport of the arguments, it is recognized that the Plaintiff (mutual C) was 42,735,00 the sum of the amounts received by the Plaintiff (mutual C) in charge of leasing construction equipment or construction between April 1, 2020 and the end of July 2020.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 42,735,00 won with 12% interest per annum from the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint to the day of complete payment.

3. The plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
