A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

C, D, E, and F, with the knowledge of the fact that the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport grants a loan to the low-income bracket through a commercial bank, each role is shared by the following: (a) the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport prepared a false certificate of employment and a benefit ledger; (b) prepared a document to enhance the credit rating of a false lessee; (c) prepared a bank’s business and loan arrangement for the lending of a house; (d) falsely lessors who own a house and do not intend to rent a house; and (e) recruited lessees who do not have any intent or ability to repay the loan even if they received a loan; and (c) received a loan under the name of a lessor by deceiving a financial institution by submitting documents, such as a false lease agreement and false certificate of employment, and then received the loan under the name of a lessor within 70% of the deposit under the false lease agreement; and (d) required the lessor’s nominal owner to transfer the loan to the lessee’s account as the nominal owner; and (d) 5% of the loan and 5% of the loan granted the loan to the lessor’s account.

C is a managing director of H Co., Ltd. located on the second floor G G2 in Bupyeong-gu, Nowon-gu, Seoul. D is a representative director of the H Co., Ltd., and D is a person who connects the recruitment of lessor and the recruitment of lessee with the recruitment of lessee, and prepares documents necessary for the withdrawal of all households, such as the certificate of employment of lessee in H’s name. F is a person who falsely recruits lessees and prepares false documents, such as a certificate of employment of lessee. The Defendant is a false lessee of the lease property.
