Punishment of the crime

around May 11, 2017, the Defendant posted a letter “Aphone 6S Spanish 360,000” on the Internet, a trading website, and reported to and contacted the victim D, who read “Aphone 60 Spanish 360,00,00”, will send the goods to the victim D.

As above, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim; (b) transferred KRW 365,00 from the victim to the Agricultural Cooperative account (E) in the name of the Defendant; and (c) transferred KRW 4,365,000 in total over 12 times from that time to July 13, 2017, including the transfer of KRW 365,00 from the victim to the Defendant’s mobile phone sales proceeds.

On August 1, 2017, the Defendant posted a false statement on August 1, 2017, 2017, stating that “When sending money to the victim F, he/she will send the mobile phone as a door-to door-to door-to-door delivery” on a medium-to-door trading website.

The Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim as above; (b) received 320,000 won from the NongHyup Bank account in G name (H) around the same day from the victim; and (c) received KRW 2,335,000 on seven occasions from the total seven victims, as described in the List of Crimes 2, until August 7, 2017, including the transfer of KRW 320,00 from the said victims.

On July 23, 2017, the defendant of "2017 Highest 987" is an Internet trading site in the second-time room where the trade name in the Dong located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on July 23, 2017 is unknown.
