A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant committed a joint crime with C, D, and E, in collusion with the Defendant, planned to operate a gambling place in such a way as to distribute a card to gambling visitors and induce them to sell betting, provide half of the funds necessary for opening the gambling place, manage the gambling place, and manage the rest of the funds necessary for opening the gambling place. D is in charge of maintaining the order of the gambling place and managing the customers, and E is in charge of attracting customers and of operating the gambling place in such a way as to manage the gambling place.

According to the above public offering, the Defendant Company: (a) from May 2015 to July 2015, 1, 2015, and (b) from September 2015 to September 7, 2015, from the 7th floor of the G in Busan Shipping Daegu, Defendant Company: (c) from around September 2015 to around October 2015 to the 3rd floor of the “K” building located in Busan Shipping Daegu; (d) exchanged cash from the 3rd floor to the chips to the unspecified number of gamblings; (e) divide the two cards into the chips; and (e) divide the two cards held by each of the five card holders and gamblings into the 7th card number and pattern; and (e) took money corresponding to the highest order of the 10% of the echips under the name of the echips.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with C, etc. to open a place for gambling for profit.

2. The Defendant, along with L, committed a joint crime in L with L, is in charge of the Defendant’s “drawing” role in distributing cards to gambling persons and inducing betting, L in collusion to operate a gambling place by acting as a “warehouse” in charge of the operation of the gambling place, and from July 2015 to August 20 of the same year.
