Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a business owner operating a commercial store called “F”, G is the chief of the General Office, Defendant B is the chief of the night office, H is the chief of the day office, and I is a day employee.
1. In collusion with G and H, Defendant A leased Nos. 403, 408, 913, 1206, and 1220 of Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Jtel, and advertised the above business at the Internet “K” website, etc., and employed L et al. as female employees.
At around 20:40 on October 23, 2014, the Defendant arranged commercial sex acts by receiving approximately KRW 150,000 from customers and arranging sexual intercourse with female employees from October 1, 2014 to October 23, 2014, including arranging sexual intercourse with female employees.
2. The Defendants conspired with G or H,
A. From February 1, 2015 to April 2015, the Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu Jtel 403, hires “F,” a single-name “M,” which is a female sexual traffic, and “K” reported advertisements at the site of arranging sexual traffic, and received approximately KRW 1,50,000 per hour against the non-resident who made the contact, and arranged sexual intercourse with the said female sexual traffic by allowing them to do sexual intercourse with the male who want to buy sex in the said officetel.

C. From Jun. 26, 2015 to Jun. 26, 2015, the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Pteltel 322,327,528,626, and the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Qgu 404, and the Seocho-gu Seoul New Building 507, etc.
