A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2017 Highest 1131"

1. On August 1, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 14:40 on March 1, 2017, the Defendant destroyed the victim’s property by opening a loading box of the E freight truck parkeded by the victim D (41 tax) on the front of C, and opening the market value of the goods that are delivered at that place, which is an influence of the market price; (b) opening one drinking water stuff; and (c) laying the cans on the floor.

2. The Defendant damaged public goods, upon receiving a report from F. 12 at the front of the T.C. F., at the time of Samg-g., set forth in paragraph 2, damaged goods used by public offices by breaking back the back part of the G patrol car (No. 22) parked in that place, where one can is set up, and one can was set up to the back part of the G patrol car (No. 22), so that the repair cost would amount to KRW 431,869.
