A. On October 26, 2017, around 16:50 on October 26, 2017, the Defendant removed the change cover in the toilet located in the Seoul Mapo Police Station’s juvenile protection room located in 183 as his/her seat and removed it from the department.

B. On October 26, 2017, around 17:30 on October 26, 2017, the Defendant removed bits for preventing risks attached to the wall from the above juvenile protection room in his/her hand and divided them into two separates.

On October 26, 2017, around 17:45, the Defendant removed a decoration attached to the floor of the above youth protection room in his/her hand, and separated it.

At around October 26, 2017, the Defendant, at the above juvenile protection room around 22:16, laid the cement department located on the bottom, wherein the change of the toilets located in the toilet was turned down.

Accordingly, the defendant uses the articles in public offices.
