A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Seized evidence 1 through 9, and 14 shall be forfeited from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On September 2, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Busan District Court on July 17, 2017 and completed the execution of the sentence at a permanent prison on July 17, 2017.

[Criminal facts] The Defendant is not a narcotics handler

1. On October 28, 2017, the Defendant sold 150,000 won in cash from D, located in Changwon-si Member C, Changwon-si, and sold 0.35 grams of philophones contained in the part-time injection machine to E, from October 28, 2017.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On November 2017, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.07 galphones from toilets at the residence of the Defendant on the Hamnam-gun, Hamnam-gun, and the second floor, in a single-use injection machine, and dilution with bio-compons into arms.

B. On November 2017, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.07 grams from a toilet at the residence of the said Defendant, in a single-use injection machine, dilution with bio-biologicals, and injection into arms.

On December 2, 2017, the Defendant administered phiphones by inserting approximately 0.07gopon into a single-use injection machine from a toilet at the residence of the above Defendant, and dilution with raw water and injection into arms.

3. At around December 15:50 on December 6, 2017, the Defendant: (a) kept a total of 9.42 grams, including 0.49g philophones contained in a single-use injection machine; (b) 0.69g philophones packed in a paper paper; and (c) 8.24g gramphones contained in a vinyl paper, and (d) stored in a bags.
