Punishment of the crime

1. 2. 업무 방해 피고인은 2015. 8. 4. 19:15 경부터 같은 날 20:10 경까지 위 ‘C 의원 ’에서, 위 제 1 항 기재와 같이 병원 직원 D을 협박하면서 주먹으로 벽을 수회 내리치고, 이를 제지하는 위 병원 행정실장인 피해자 E에게 “ 병원을 폭파시키겠다, 병원을 부숴 버리겠다” 는 등으로 협박성 발언을 하면서 피고인의 휴대폰을 바닥에 수회 내동댕이치고, 병원 측의 신고를 받고 출동한 경찰관들의 제지에도 불구하고 계속해서 큰 소리로 소리를 지르며 욕설을 하는 등 약 55분 동안 위력으로 ‘C 의원’ 의 환자 진료 및 접수 업무 등을 방해하였다.
