Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant committed a crime in June 2013, on or around 09:00, on June 6, 2013, 2013, called that he would bring about food, etc. by telephone to the victim D (at around 31 years of age) who resides in the same apartment in the same apartment at the residence of Busan-si C apartment 620, Sinsan-si, and led the victim to his residence, and then the victim was divided into the victim’s shoulder by hand, and the victim’s shoulder was divided into the victim’s shoulder. On June 24, 2013, around 10:00 on June 24, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stated that the said victim would bring the said victim to the said residence by telephone; (b) made the victim enter the said residence; (c) and (d) made the victim enter the said residence; and (d) made the victim forced the victim to commit an indecent act by placing the victim with his/her inside and outside, etc. on his/her hand.
