Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On November 2015, the Defendant, as a ship of Chinese nationality, came to know of the Victim C (Woo, 37 years of age) through her son at the end of the year of China, and around March 2016, 2016, the Defendant used the Victim’s Republic of China’s Republic of China’s Republic of Korea’s Republic of Korea’s Republic of Korea’s Republic of Korea’s Republic of Korea’s Republic of Korea’s Republic of Korea’s Republic of Korea’s Republic of Korea’s Republic of Korea’s Republic of Korea’s Republic of Korea’s Republic of Korea’s Republic of Korea’s Republic of Korea’s Republic of Korea’s Republic of Korea’s Republic of Korea’s Republic of Korea
Accordingly, from September 20, 2016 to September 22, 2016, the Defendant: (a) entered a coffee specialty store located near the victim’s residence from around 16:00 to around 18:00 each day from around 16:00 to around 18:00 each day; (b) confirmed the victim’s outing time and returning home on the rooftop; and (c) supervised the victim’s movement.
1. From around 16:17 on September 23, 2016, the Defendant: (a) confirmed that around 17:30 on the same day when the victim was waiting for returning home, the victim parked a motor vehicle of flick on the street in the vicinity and temporarily opened the vehicle of flick on his/her own; and (b) entered an industrial knick knick (17.5cm in total length, No. 1) into the main knick; (c) put the knick up up to the third floor of the victim’s residence through the front door of the F building when the victim’s residence, and opened the 401 door door of 401 on the same day after the victim returned home as his/her mother E and opened the knick knick on the road; and (d) went into the victim’s residence by not later than 18:00 on the same day.
2. In the instant indictment, the Defendant: (a) invaded upon the victim C’s residence at the same time, time, and place as above; and (b) took the knick knife of the above industrial goods, which are dangerous articles prepared in advance after the victim C; and (c) stated that the instant indictment “to kill and brut the victim C” is “to kill the victim C;” but according to the victim’s statement, the Defendant is present.
