A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 8, 2017, the Defendant, at the front of the “D” restaurant located in Ssung City, was assaulted by the victim E (46 cm) and the trial cost. On the other hand, the Defendant: (a) entered the Chinese food store in the vicinity of China; (b) carried an industrial knife (7 cm length, 22 cm in total length) and carried the knife, and had the knife in front of the cooling box located in approximately 160 meters at the above restaurant; (c) however, the Defendant avoided the Defendant’s shoulder before the F box located in approximately 160 meters away from the above restaurant; (d) however, the Defendant followed the victim’s knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife k for treatment.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and inflicted an injury on the victim.

2. 3.
