As a result, the Defendants conspired to attract the victim to receive the goods.

2. On January 25, 2013, the Defendants in breach of trust failed to supply the amount of scrap metal in the “I” office operated by the victim F in Asan-si, Asan-si, with the agreed amount to be supplied to the victims. As described in paragraph 1, the Defendants in breach of trust set up a transfer transfer security for the Defendants’ factories in the total market price of KRW 101,40,000, 24-puger CO24, 4, 50, 50, 2, 2, 2, 2, container (K150), 2, container (3X6), 1, 1, 300, 1, and 1 other tools, etc., and the Defendants established a transfer security by means of possession revision.
