A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant: (a) married on December 30, 201 with B on July 1, 2011, but still living together on July 1, 2013, the Defendant produced Category C D while living together; (b) however, around February 2017, the Defendant got a separate stop; (c) around February 1, 2017, B brought up Category D in Nam-gu, Gwangju.

On February 26, 2018, the Defendant’s attempt to commit suicide with a depression is not appropriate to raise Category D.

I think, without the consent of B, I moved son into the Seo-gu F apartment in Gwangju, which is residing by the defendant, and the defendant and B have been argued as a problem of the right of fostering D.

On May 2018, the Defendant: (a) changed the domicile of the son around early May 2018 to a place where the Defendant live; and (b) continued to raise D.

In mind, I thought.

1. On May 10, 2018, a private citizen forged B’s seal for the purpose of using B’s name seal for filing a report on the change of his/her resident registration in the trade name in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju.

Accordingly, the defendant set up one seal in the name of another.

2. On May 10, 2018, the Defendant, the above investigator, posted a false seal twice as if he/she had duly formed a forged seal as described in paragraph (1) on the front entry, the transferr of the report form, and the first householder’s name column in the column for confirmation of the former householder, which had been kept at the I center located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, Seoul, and displayed the seal of another.

1. The reason for sentencing under Article 62(1) of the Criminal Act under the suspended sentence is that the defendant confessions and reflects the instant crime, and that he/she intends to raise himself/herself for the safe rearing of his/her children.
