A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person shall reproduce, remodel, or transmit the rate of dividend, racing screen and voice on racing, computer program works (including electronic documents on horse information) provided by the Korean Marina Society in order to operate a private horse race track prohibited by the Korean Marina Act;

Nevertheless, on March 2015, the Defendant received the introduction of D and E, which sent to a private horse race track operator via a video site, by real-time affixing Korean Mar. 2, 2015, the Korean Mar. 3, 2015.

The defendant received a proposal from D and E to offer money when recruiting persons to view racing videos, and recruited people who will view the real-time racing in the Daejeon War.

The Defendant received KRW 10 to 150,000 per week from these days, and sent the connection ID and passwords of the F site, which transmits the horse racing information, such as the rate of distribution of Korean Marina racing, racing screen and voice, in real time, to the private horse race tracks, through the cell phone text messages.

On July 31, 2015, the Defendant received 16,375,00 won in total from H, etc. 130 times from July 20, 2015, including transfer of 10,000 won to a passbook in the name of G to a national bank in the name of G, from the mother, from whom he/she was wired to November 20, 2015, and had remitter access to the F site operated by D, E, etc. for real-time viewing of Korean M&C games.

Accordingly, in collusion with D, E, etc., the Defendant sent the distribution rate of the department, Busan, Jeju, and Jeju racing, racing screen, etc. provided by the Korean Marin society in real time.

2. Violation of the Marin society Act (such as opening, etc. of gambling) at the time of the installation of a computer in the vicinity of the Gyeonggi-do and Daejeon from January 2010 to November 2015, and real-time Korean Marin society with access to the F site.
