A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Justice] On June 15, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Seoul Central District Court (Seoul Central District Court) and had five same criminal records on February 22, 2012, including the termination of the execution of the sentence.

【Criminal Facts】

The defendant stolen goods from the street stores that sell miscellaneous, such as bags, in the subway stations, and sold them from other subway stations to raise living expenses.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen goods owned by the victims of the amount of KRW 7,140,000 at the market price habitually over four times as follows.

1. On February 2, 2013, at around 17:45, the Defendant: (a) committed theft against the victim C; (b) around the subway station 1640-1 located in the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Special Metropolitan City 1640-1), in which the victim C had a 160 seat with a knife with a knife, leading the said knife with a knife with a knife, leading the said knife by using the knife with a knife with a knife, thereby cutting down the amount of KRW 1

At around 15:30 on May 5, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed theft against the victim E, in the vicinity of the subway station (Seoul Special Metropolitan City, 1640-1), around the subway station (hereinafter “Seoul Special Metropolitan City, 1640-1”), the victim E used a 5-place in which the knife was placed, leading the said knife, leading the said knife to the said knife; and (b) cut off the amount of KRW 1.8 million at the market price, such as 55 bags owned by the victim and the knife.

4. On June 8, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 17:30 on the theft of the Victim E, the Victim E left the Victim E’s clothes 170 around the subway G H cosmetics located in the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwanak-gu.
