1. The Plaintiff:
A. As to the Defendant Han Lan Insurance Co., Ltd., Ltd., the amount of KRW 47,287,150 and KRW 30,845,50 among them, the amount of KRW 47,287,150.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The relationship between the parties is the mutual aid association that entered into a mutual aid agreement with respect to A high-speed bus owned by them (hereinafter “Plaintiff bus”), and the Defendant Hanhwa Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant 1”) entered into a comprehensive automobile insurance contract with respect to automobiles for B and C (hereinafter “Defendant 1”). Defendant Samsung Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant 2 Insurance Co., Ltd.”) is the insurer who entered into a comprehensive automobile insurance contract with respect to automobiles for D and EF stations and other automobiles (hereinafter “Defendant 2”), and the Defendant 3 Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant 3”) is the Fsi (hereinafter “Defendant 1”)’s mutual aid association.
B.
