A and B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months, and by imprisonment with prison labor for six months.

However, Defendant C is subject to objection.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A and B are persons who enter the Republic of Korea as seafarers’ employment qualifications, and Defendant C entered the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province (hereinafter referred to as the “Do”) around January 12, 2016 for tourism purposes without a visa, and both the Defendants are foreigners of Vietnam’s nationality.

1. No one shall move or arrange to move any foreigner who has entered Jeju-do for tourism purposes and has failed to obtain permission for extension of sojourn area, to another area of the Republic of Korea, after having entered Jeju-do for tourism purposes;

around 19:00 on April 7, 2016, the Defendants: (a) entered the territory of the Republic of Korea in the territory of the Republic of Korea in the territory of the Republic of Korea, the Republic of Korea, in the territory of the Republic of Korea, in the territory of the Republic of Korea; (b) enter Jeju-do for tourism purposes without a visa; and (c) enter the territory of the Republic of Korea without obtaining permission for the extension of the area of stay; (d) enter the territory of the Republic of Korea; (e) enter the territory of the Republic of Korea; and (e) enter the territory of the Republic of Korea; and (e) enter the territory of the Republic of

Defendants were anchored at the Sungpo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si on April 8, 2016, according to the above public offering, around 07:33

L's crew members of the L's ship depart from the port after hiding five of the above Vietnam, and the above Vietnam left the ship at the port of Busan in the port of the south of the city of Yong-do around 21:30 on the same day.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to enter Jeju-do for tourism without a visa and moved collectively foreigners who did not obtain permission to extend their sojourn area to another area of the Republic of Korea.

2. Where a foreigner who has entered Jeju-do for tourism purposes without a visa, intends to move to another area of the Republic of Korea, he/she shall obtain permission from the Minister of Justice for extension of sojourn area.

Nevertheless, Defendant C moved L fishing vessels from Jeju-do to Busan-do without obtaining permission for extension of sojourn area at the time and place as stated in paragraph (1).
