Defendant
A shall be punished by a fine of 1,00,000 won, by imprisonment of 10 months and fine of 3,000,000 won, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant B: (a) around April 2, 2014, via a decision of the committee on expropriation of land in the Gyeongdong-si, F, and G on the said land, the land of the G is scheduled to transfer its ownership to a Asian trust company around April 21, 2014; (b) Defendant B, the Industrial Development Company and the Victim Asian Trust Company established the said G land to obtain the approval of the completion of H apartment; (c) knowingly, with the aim of obstructing the construction of the said G road, installed one container on the said G land (nine meters wide x 3 meters long x 3 meters long) with the aim of obstructing the said construction of the said G land; (d) opened two places out of the entrance of vehicles visiting the Kado Center operated by the victim of JJ, who opened the container door-to-si, opened the container to make it difficult for the victim to enter and depart from other areas; and (d) opened the 14th of the Asia trust company to make it difficult for the victim to enter the building and develop the vehicle.
2. Defendant A, as the owner of Ansan-si F and G land, was the owner of the said G land, and the Defendant and the victim were consulted on the compensation issue for the said G land, which is the road to be donated to the Defendant and the victim, with the Korea Industrial Development Company and the Korea Disabled Asian Trust Company, through a decision made by the Gyeong-do Land Expropriation Committee ( March 12, 2014) around April 21, 2014, the said G land was transferred to the ownership of the said G land, and the compensation recognized by the decision did not reach the amount the Defendant required.
The defendant, as above, installed containers and obstructed the victim J's car center operation, and obstructed the establishment of roads by the victim B's industry development corporation and the victim Asian trust company.
