Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 201, 201, the Defendant stated that “The car center N currently in operation at the third floor parking lot of the M department store located in Kupo-gu, Kupo-si, Kupo-si, Kupo-si, would terminate the lease contract with M department stores. The Defendant entered into a lease contract with M department stores and plans to operate the car center in the name of (ju)O. If the money is paid KRW 70,000,000, the Defendant would enter into an entrustment contract with the party and operate the car center in the trade name of O.”

However, even if the Defendant received money from the victim as a security deposit, the Defendant did not have any intention or ability to operate the said car center, and the said car center N did not have expired the term of lease with M department stores, and the (State)O did not have any consultation or contract with M department stores with the car center occupants.

Nevertheless, the defendant deceivings the victim for the same month.

4. 12. In concluding a consignment contract with the victim (ju) O datum, it received 20 million won from the victim as a provisional contract deposit from the victim and acquired it by deceit.
