Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

However, for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive, the above fine shall be executed.

Punishment of the crime

At around 19:30 on February 3, 2020, the Defendant: (a) reported that the victim E (53 years of age) who is the above urban bus article (53 years of age) was aboard the bus prior to the entrance stop at Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, and on the street with many things, such as a bank, string, etc.; (b) the Defendant demanded the passenger to board the bus to use other means of transportation; and (c) the passenger was released from the bus, and (d) the Defendant was 10 passengers of the unspecified bus, the Defendant made a public insult of the victim by publicly insulting the victim, “I are human beings, rings, rings, nick, nick, nick, nick, nick, and nick, nick, nick, and nick, nick, nick, and nick.”
