Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is an individual constructor with a domicile in Suwon-si B and C, who is a contractor with a domicile in Suwon-si B and C, and is a contractor who has contracted to perform a molding construction work with four regular workers at the construction site of detached houses and at the construction site of a cafeteria D in Gangwon-gun, Gangwon-do, and at the construction site of a new house.

The retirement worker G's wage of 60,000 won in June 2018, the wage of 4.6 million won in July of the same year, the total of 3.6 million won in August of the same year, and 8.8 million won in the wage of 3.6 million won in August of the same year, and the total of 25,160,000 won in the wage of 5 retired workers, as shown in the attached list of crimes, shall be 14 days from the date of retirement without agreement between the parties on the extension of the payment period
