A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 26, 2012, the Defendant interfered with his duties: (a) around 23:00, at the “E restaurant for the victim’s D operation in Gwangju North-gu, Gwangju-gu”; (b) after drinking alcohol with meals, the Defendant: (c) without any justifiable reason, told F, an employee of the above restaurant, “I see whether I am or not I am or not I am money; (d) G, an employee in the kitchen, “I am or not I am I am you am you am. I am to drink in the kitchen”; and (c) after hearing the words “I am to drink again” from the above F, the Defendant continued to take a bath at around October 207, 201, “I am. I am.”

그 후 피고인은 2012. 10. 27. 05:30경 위 식당에 다시 돌아와, 잠시 쉬고 있는 위 G 등을 보고 “손님이 와도 좆같은 것들이 누워 있네, 손님 알기를 뭘로 아냐, 씨발 년아, 개 같은 년들이, 조심해라”라고 욕설을 하고, 같은 날 06:30경 위 F으로부터 전화를 받고 뒤늦게 식당에 나온 피해자 D에게도 “개 쇼를 하네, 미친년들”이라고 계속하여 욕설을 하는 등 2012. 10. 27. 07:00경까지 소란을 피웠다.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the victim D's restaurant operation by force.

2. On October 27, 2012, at around 07:10, the Defendant: (a) arrested a flagrant offender in the form of the written statement, without authority, on October 27, 2012, after receiving 112 reports at the above “E” restaurant; (b) signed the personal information of K in the form of the written statement for the purpose of exercising, on October 27, 2012, around 08:48, and signed the signature of “K” at the end of the horse.

Accordingly, the defendant has forged a statement in the name of K.

3. On October 27, 2012, the Defendant’s uttering of the said investigation document was completed to the police officer I who was aware of such forgery in the said H Zone.
