Punishment of the crime

On December 14, 2016, the Defendant sentenced ten months to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. in the same court, and completed the execution of the sentence in a female prison on September 16, 2017.

【Criminal Facts】

At around 05:45 on September 19, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened an unlocked back door and intruded into the said restaurant; and (b) stolen the cash of KRW 82,000 in total, such as KRW 50,000,00, KRW 50,000, KRW 6,000, KRW 2,000,000, which was owned by the victim in cash custody.

around 03:39 on January 1, 2020, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the “G” restaurant managed by the victim FF on the first floor of the building E in Suwon-si, Suwon-si; (b) obstructed inside through the main visit; and (c) committed an attempted attempt by an employee victim on the wind, to steal money in the next Kabr credit cooperative.

around 02:19 on December 28, 2019, the Defendant discovered that the entrance door was not corrected in front of the G cafeteria operated by Suwon-si, Suwon-si E-gu, Suwon-si, and opened it and intruded on the inside of the restaurant, and then stolen the cash of 2.50,000 won owned by the victim who was located in the Kabter accounting unit.
