A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

K is a person who manages the business of “D” and “F”, registers the business of “H” and enters into a lease agreement under his/her own name, and manages the H and the J.

The Defendant is a person in charge of duties, such as managing a female employee and earnings, customer service, etc., in the “D” and “F” operated by B.

1. The Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.
