1. The Defendant, together with C and D, puts a false writing into the Internet bulletin board and receives money from those who belong thereto as the price, and C and D conspired to play a role in advertising online bulletin, contact with the buyer, and the Defendant to withdraw the remitted money.
At around 20:10 on October 24, 201, the Defendant, along with C and D, posted a false letter stating that “On the Internet NAVF car page (100)” shall be sold by accessing the Internet NAVF car page at the PC near the Dong of the Si-gu E University, Seogu, Daegu, and that “on the basis of deposit of KRW 330,000,000 to the victim G who reported and contacted the above letter, the Defendant sent it to the Defendant.”
However, the defendant did not have the above fishing, and even if he received the above amount, he did not have an intention or ability to send the fishing to a door-to-door fishing according to the agreement.
The Defendant, as above, by deceiving the victim, received 330,000 won from the Defendant’s account under the name of the Defendant for the purpose of fishing from the victim, that is, from the victim.
Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving others in collusion with C or D.
B. On October 24, 2011, around 20:13, the Defendant posted a notice to the effect that “LG monitors are sold on the F bulletin board in the same manner as above,” and the Defendant was transferred KRW 200,000 to the Defendant’s account under the name of the Defendant as the sales proceeds to the victim H who reported and contacted the above letter.
Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving others in collusion with C or D.

2.
