1. The defendant shall pay 50,484,661 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from March 18, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

According to the statements in Gap 1 and 2, the plaintiff applied the basic terms and conditions for credit transaction to the defendant on July 11, 2018. However, the interest rate is changed rate and the due date is set on June 30, 2020. The defendant lost the benefit of the due date due to delinquency in payment of interest, and the principal and interest amount as of March 8, 2020 are KRW 50,484,661 (= Principal amount of KRW 50,00,000,000).

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the balance of the principal and interest of loan 50,484,661 won and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from March 18, 2020 to the day of full payment, as requested by the plaintiff.

If so, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is decided as per Disposition.
