A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

The information on the accused shall be disclosed and notified for a period of four years.

Criminal facts

On June 22, 2016, the Defendant and the requester for an order to observe an order to observe the protection (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant”) were sentenced to a stay of execution for four months of imprisonment with prison labor due to obscene crimes, etc. in the Busan District Court’s Vice Branch Branch Branch on June 22, 2016, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on June 30, 2016, and is currently under probation.

The defendant knew that there is a intellectual disability that the victims have no ability to make decisions or decentralization, and tried to commit an indecent act against the victims.

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes;

A. On September 10, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 23:30 on September 10, 2016, at “G singing room” located under F in Bupyeong-si; (b) on the shoulder of the victim C; and (c) on the part of the victim C, her son was her son.

The defendant continued to put his hand on the shoulder of the victim D, and she was satisfing his satis.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act by force against victims of mental disorder.

B. On September 12, 2016, around 00:30 on September 12, 2016, the Defendant: (a) led the victim’s grandchildren with the vehicle parked with the victim C; (b) led the victim’s fingers; (c) led the victim’s chest, sound, or tamp with his/her fingers; and (d) committed indecent act by force against the victim with mental disability.

On September 14, 2016, at around 01:00, the Defendant: (a) inducedd the victim D to “be responsible for books”; and (b) led the victim D to commit an indecent act by force on the victim’s left side buckbucks twice.

The Defendant, around 23:00 on September 15, 2016, enticed the Victim E to “this is a house, which is a house, will make a house, and will do so.” The following is the victim’s house:
