A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

A victim C (the age of 19) is a person with a intellectual or mental disability, such as significantly falling off his/her ability to distinguish things or reality, by falling under the degree of 51 in intelligence index.

The Defendant was aware of the fact that the said victim, who visited Roto sales store frequently, was unable to report or properly resist the victim even if he/she was subject to sexual crimes due to the above intellectual or mental disorder, and was willing to commit an indecent act against the victim by using it.

1. The defendant of violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Acts, such as deceptive schemes, etc. by persons with disabilities) is willing to have the victim grow in the trade in an influorite guest room near E located in Ansan-gu, Ansan-gu, Ansan-si on June 19, 2015.
