The defendant is a driver of the B LA car.

On August 30, 2014, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with 0.180% of blood alcohol concentration on August 30, 2015, and was driving the said car at approximately 300 meters from the Changwon Station located in the Changwon Station located in the window in Changwon-si to the front of the Korean Power Station located in the Masanwon-dong.
