Punishment of the crime

At around 01:20 on June 2, 201, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.140 percent of blood alcohol concentration, started from the front of the oil station located in the boundary of the window of Changwon-si, and driven C Lasta car at approximately 100 meters on the road front of the Korean Power Station located in Masan-dong, Masan-dong.
