Punishment of the crime

After retirement in 2012, the Defendant had been able to obtain money from the victim C (the age of 58) (the age of 58) who became aware of through the Elementary School Steering Committee due to economic difficulties.

Accordingly, the defendant deceivings the victim, thereby obtaining a total of 35 million won from the victim.
