1. Around May 20, 2016, the Defendant: (a) falsely referred the victim D to the mutual influent car page near Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, that “The Defendant paid KRW 50,000,000,000,000 to find four children in B on-site positions.”

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to find employment with the victim's children in B, and the above money was intended to use the victim's children to pay his personal debt.

On May 27, 2016, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 50 million from the E bank account in the name of the Defendant from the victim under the pretext of employment mediation.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

2. In June 2016, the Defendant: (a) false statement to the said victim D, stating that “Once he/she was employed in the F subordinate business, he/she paid KRW 40,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 was employed in the F subordinate business immediately after four weeks from the day.”

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to find the victim's fraudulent act in F subordinate businesses, and the above money was intended to use the victim's personal debt repayment.

On June 17, 2016, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 20 million from the E bank account in the name of the Defendant as the payment for employment mediation, from the victim, and received KRW 20 million in total twice, such as remittance of KRW 20 million to the above account on June 20, 2016.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

3. On October 16, 2016, the Defendant, at G office located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, to have the victim H, employed him as a production suspension worker B, who would be paid KRW 50 million.

Once payment is made, 30 million won shall be paid in advance and employed.
