A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2016 Highest 1685]

1. On October 2, 2016, the Defendant, at around 08:45, Oct. 2, 2016, the obstruction of performance of official duties: (a) obstructed the performance of official duties; (b) obstructed the Defendant, upon receiving a report of assault from the police officer belonging to the Mayangan Police Station E Zone, who was dispatched to the site, to the Defendant’s wife, and the Defendant’s Hah from the police officer belonging to the Mayangan Police Station E Zone E Zone, who was dispatched to the site, to the Defendant’s seat; (c) obstructed the Defendant’s arrest of the Defendant as a flagrant offender; and (d) assaulted the police officer, such as the Defendant’s face, who was exposed to the F’s face.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the dispatch of police officers' 112 reports and the investigation of the case.

2. On October 3, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 21:40 on October 3, 2016, and (b) at the place indicated in the above paragraph (1); (c) at the place indicated in G’s domestic violence report; (d) at the E-gu Police Station E-gu in Ansanan where he was dispatched to the site after having received the report of domestic violence from G and confirmed the details of each report; and (e) at the ward, the Defendant tried to do so to those who stated the details of the report from the G in his own inner room; and (e) the police officer J tried to listen to the statements from the G in his own inner room, stating that “I will, if you want to do so according to the control because I would do so by separating them as domestic violence; and (e) the Defendant “I will continue to listen to me with his will to me,” and “I will do so with his will to do so.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with police officers' legitimate execution of duties concerning dispatch of 112 reports and investigation of the case.
