Punishment of the crime

1. No person shall arrange, etc. sexual traffic for business purposes, in violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement, etc. of Commercial Sex Acts by the Defendants;

Nevertheless, from March 10, 2016 to March 23, 2016, Defendant A installed two rooms with simple intrusion, shower rooms, one room, etc. in the second floor of the building E located in Asan City, and hired female workers who are female employees of sexual traffic, and Defendant B, upon receiving KRW 500,000 per week from Defendant A to take charge of duties such as guidance for customers, cleaning, and employee management of the said establishment, and then, Defendant A arranged sexual traffic during the said period, upon receiving compensation for sexual traffic such as KRW 40,000,000,000,000 and KRW 140,000,000,000,000,000 from many unspecified male customers who found the place, and provided guidance to male customers to the said establishment, and had female employees of sexual traffic interfere with sexual traffic, and arranged sexual traffic during the said period.

As a result, Defendants conspired to act as commercial sex acts such as brokerage.

2. 피고인 A의 성매매 알선 등 행위의 처벌에 관한 법률위반( 성매매광고) 피고인은 2016. 3. 9. 경 유흥업소 소개 인터넷 사이트인 “H” 의 운영자에게 월 20만원의 광고료를 지불하고, 2016. 3. 9.부터 2016. 4. 9.까지 피고인이 운영하는 제 1 항 기재 성매매 업소의 위치, 영업시간, 연락처, 성매매여성의 사진, 성매매 대금 [A 코스 (40 분: 원 샷) 회원 가 9만, B 코스 (60 분: 원 샷 핸플) 회원 가 12만, C 코스 (70 분: 투 샷) 회원 가 14만, D 코스 (80 분: 릴레이) 회원 가 16만, E 코스 (90 분: 무한 샷) 회원 가 19만] 등이 기재된 성매매업소의 광고를 게재하게 하였다.
