1. The Defendant: KRW 44,804,952 for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from January 11, 2016 to July 20, 2018; and

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a party’s position 1) The Plaintiff is a cement blue structure on C’s ground in Namyang-si, Namyang-si, a 198 square meters neighborhood living facilities on C’s land, and a cement blue structure, a cement blue roof, and a 198 square meters of neighborhood living facilities on D’s land (hereinafter “instant building”).

2) The Plaintiff leased a building on the ground of C (hereinafter “E”) to Nonparty F, and F operated a laundry factory in the above building.

The Plaintiff leased the instant building to the Defendant at KRW 8,00,000, monthly rent of KRW 1,100,000 (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”), and the Defendant operated a fashion manufacturing plant in the name of G from the instant building to G.

3) The instant building and E are unregistered buildings used by the Plaintiff, and are connected to the instant building and E by the said building. B. Fire in the instant building around January 11, 2016, around 15:30, around the occurrence of a fire (hereinafter “instant fire”).

A) The instant fire occurred. The instant building, unregistered household building, E building, container storage near the instant building, greenhouse houses, and neighboring trees were relocated. (c) The building is a type spreaded in the inside direction near the instant building. (b) G workers, etc. are deemed to have fire in the inner part of the said building, and there was a statement that they attempted to extinguish the fire by deeming the building to have occurred in the inner part of the said office, which is located inside the painting, and thus, it is impossible to confirm that there was no remaining remainder. D's dust room is a facility that discharges dust in the painting room, and in general, it is a dilution of dust and dust, such as dive dust and dust in the dives of the dives room generated during the instant work.
