Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, along with the pro-born D, received 96 million won for the lease on a deposit basis for an apartment in which the victim F and E live from the former wife E of D.

1. Around 16:30 on September 24, 201, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint destruction and damage, etc.) was jointly with D, and the Defendant removed and damaged the entrance locker (a locker) of the door amounting to KRW 3.50,00 won at the market price, which is the victim’s possession attached to the above door of apartment, by opening the door locker (a locker) at the time of the victim F (67 years old), who was the Defendant and the 1301-dong G apartment, Nam-gu, Incheon, Seoul, and the victim F (67 years old).

The Defendant in violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint residence intrusion) opened a gate of the entrance door of the above apartment at the same place at around 16:54 on the same day, in collaboration with D, and went into the entrance, and intrudes on the residence of the victim.

3. The Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint confinement) jointly with D, entered the victim’s house at around 20:00 on the same day, and detained the victim, who was a physically disabled person of Grade I with severe disability, for about one hour from that day to 21:03 of the same day, by isolation from E and I’s guardians.
