1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 53,686,289 and KRW 47,237,69 from March 15, 2017 to the day of full payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. From January 24, 200 to February 28, 2017, the Plaintiff provided labor and retired from office under employment of the Defendant, who is engaged in civil engineering and construction business, etc.

B. The Defendant did not pay the Plaintiff’s total amount of KRW 53,686,289 in January 2017, the amount of KRW 3,200,00 in February 2017, and the amount of KRW 1,021,890 in March 2017, including retirement allowances of KRW 40,237,69, and expenses of KRW 6,448,590 in March 201.

C. Therefore, with respect to the Plaintiff’s wage, etc., KRW 53,686,289, and KRW 47,237,69 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 20% per annum as prescribed by the Labor Standards Act and the Act on the Guarantee of Workers’ Retirement Benefits from March 15, 2017 to the date of full payment, 14 days following the day following the day on which the cause for the payment occurred to the day of full payment, KRW 6,448,590 per annum as to KRW 15% per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from June 22, 2017 to the day of full payment.
