1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 49,948,449 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from July 24, 2018 to the day of complete payment.

Each fact in the cause of the claim is clearly stated in Paragraph 2(6) that the phrase “5,00,000 won for each month from November to June 2018 of the same year” is a clerical error in the phrase “2,00,000 won for each month from November of the same year, and 5,000,000 won for December to June 2018.”

Inasmuch as there is no dispute between the parties or can be recognized by comprehensively taking into account the purport of the entire pleadings in the statement in subparagraph 1, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of 49,948,449 won (i.e., retirement pay of 12,098,449 won (i.e., wages of 2,50 million won from December 2, 2017 to June 2018) and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum as stipulated in the Labor Standards Act from July 24, 2018 to June 2018, which is the date following the 14th day after the Plaintiff’s retirement date.

If so, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable and acceptable.
